Your right to withdraw

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after receipt of the last item.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision through a clear statement, for example by email or a letter sent by post:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not compulsory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online at [ADD LINK TO THE ONLINE WITHDRAWAL FUNCTION]. If you use this function, you will receive an acknowledgement without delay by email, including the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, you must send your withdrawal statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Returning the goods

You must send back or hand over the goods to the address above without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing me of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before these 14 days expire.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Please package the items carefully to protect them during return shipping. You are only liable for any reduction in their value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

If you withdraw from the contract, I will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after I receive your withdrawal statement. I may withhold reimbursement until I have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of sending them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will use the same payment method as your original purchase unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.

Pre-orders and limited editions

The same right of withdrawal applies to pre-orders and limited-edition products. You may also withdraw before your order has been dispatched.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact marusa.puhek@gmail.com so I can help resolve the issue.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected. The return-cost provision above concerns withdrawal because you have changed your mind and does not limit these rights.
